Pilates : – Core strength for back and abdominal muscles, toning and relaxation. Bookable course only .

Move and Tone:- Fun dance fitness class with Latin inspired moves. works the body especially the waist. Easy to follow steps. Shake off the calories. Everyone Welcome. All Ages.

Aerobic /toning:- Fun cardio class, for healthy heart and legs, bums and tums section.

Qualified Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer / Pilate Level 3 Instructor.
